Soooo I'd like to take a minute to let everyone know how amazing the Canadian band Walk Off The Earth is. I went to their concert last September and it was amazing. And I saw them perform live last month on StageIt. Again, amazing.
You might have heard of them, they became very famous after they did a cover of Gotye's Somebody That I Used to Know with 5 people on 1 guitar.

So yeah, these people are incredibly talented. They all sing and play multiple instruments. They are absolute musical geniuses. Amaaaaazing. I can really appreciate their musicality.
They play all sorts of music and did several covers (from the Beatles to Rihanna to Nirvana) on YouTube. Like this song here by Wiz Khalifa. I'm not a particular fan of Wiz but I think this cover is very impressive.

Today they have released their debut album REVO with original songs (and the cover of Gotye, which I found unnecessary on the album). Yay! It's upbeat, happy, beachy with a bit of a rock and reggae influences here and there.
So when I went to their concert last September, I was happy as a clam.

And last month they did an online gig from their living room. It was 2:30 am here, but it was fun to watch nevertheless.
This guy is known as 'Beard guy' (his real name is Mike, I think?). He is mysterious and usually doesn't talk in WOTE's YouTube videos. If he smiles in a video, people go crazy and leave loads of comments on how epic beard guy is smiling. He can play the piano with his feet.
So yeah. I think this is one very special band. Oh and they did a cover of their own song on one guitar as well, ha! I love them.
